Blankety Blank

I noticed today that it's been so long since my last post that the front page of this very site contained a whole lot of nothing. That's just not on and despite the fact that I really have nothing to say I thought I'd write something now.

Here it is. Maybe I do have something to say.

I rode up to CP on my bicycle and caught the end of the New York City marathon this Sunday which was inspiring, I guess. I hate running and I don't understand how you could spend the better part of a day doing it, but they looked pretty happy on the final stretch. The most amazing part was the sheer volume of people streaming by. I must've stood there watching for 30 minutes with a constant stream of runners 10 or 15 abreast, then I came back an hour later and the stream was still running.

I headed up into East Harlem and cut across to the Fort Tryon Park just before golden time hit. That was some straight up breathtaking shit. But now my crotch kills from riding too much on a sucky seat.
