John McLaughlin, Zakir Hussain, and U. Srinivas took the SummerStage last night. We managed to get there early and plow our way to some front row seats. Magic!

Thanks to the advance of science, you can now add 10,000 lb. stainless steel sculptures by Edward Tufte to your shopping cart. At $200,000 a pieice, though, I think I'll stick with the $4 catalog. Yeah, that's the ticket.

Quite a nice weekend that

Quite a nice weekend that one - especially the wicked thunderstorm on Saturday afternoon. That must've been the most intense storm I've seen in NYC. Today really is a Monday. I came in to discover a trojan lurking in Outlook. I had 16,834 messages queued up in my Outbox and as you probably know, Outlook does not play well with large numbers of email - oh woe is me!

Thank you Michael for the Movie Pick. It shall be watchethed. I'm awaiting the arrival of the iBook which I think should come in today so I can watch Lawrence of Arabia in the friggin pahk!!
So we went out to a schmancy Mexican restaurant, called Maya, last Thursday for Merav's 25th. It was way overpriced so we snagged the creamer and a shot glass. Retribution was ours! I posted a review to citysearch which I'll add a link to when it gets okayed. If you're in NYC next weekend, be sure to check out the Running of the Bulls which I should be taking part in.
